Himalayan Pariwar: Unity in Action

Established in 2006, Himalayan Pariwar München e.V. is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the Nepali community in Germany while strengthening ties with our homeland. Our mission is to support Nepalese individuals and families by providing a strong sense of community, cultural belonging, and assistance in times of need.

Through various humanitarian projects, we extend help to those in need, both in Nepal and within the Nepali diaspora in Germany. We actively engage in charity initiatives, disaster relief efforts, and community support programs to make a meaningful impact.

Additionally, we are committed to preserving and promoting Nepali culture by organizing cultural events, traditional festivals, and social gatherings that bring people together to celebrate our rich heritage. These events not only keep our traditions alive but also introduce them to the broader German community, fostering cultural exchange and understanding.

Recognizing the importance of language in preserving identity, we also offer Nepali language training for children, ensuring that younger generations stay connected to their roots and heritage. By teaching them the language, we help them communicate with their families, understand their cultural history, and carry forward Nepal’s rich traditions.

Himalayan Pariwar München e.V. is more than just an organization—it is a family of more than 250 active members, where Nepalese people in Germany can find support, unity, and a sense of belonging while making a positive difference for those in need.
